"Horrible customer service! This has been my worst experience with an insurance company to date! Every time I've attempted to contact them crickets. Almost 2 weeks ago I tried canceling my policy due to a better offer elsewhere and sent MULTIPLE people in the office the cancellation request and accompanying documents and they never did it or called me back. Today I received a threatening letter from my mortgage company that they'd already paid them and now I am responsible for tracking down the refund and getting it back to my escrow account. I can't tell you enough to go somewhere else! Even if you love state farm DO NOT USE CHELSEA PHILIPS!!! You've been warned."

"I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years. Today, I am deeply grateful for Brittany's assistance this morning as I tried to pay my auto policy, which was coming due. I was unable to make the payment using my US Bank credit card because I couldn't find the card, and the security code was required to proceed. Brittany suggested a solution, and thanks to her help, I was able to pay the policy before it expired next week. She went the extra mile to assist me, and for that, I will be forever grateful.
